Midweek workout update

Went to the gym today. Second time this week, but first time running. I’m on week 1, day 2 of the Hundred Pushups program. It’s going pretty well, although my arms and upper back are sore.

Weighed myself today, and seems I’m staying at a consistent 200 pounds. Since I didn’t go to the gym three days in a row and didn’t exactly watch my calories over the weekend, I’m happy about that. I’ve still got almost two weeks to lose one more pound, and now that I’m running almost 3 miles 4-5 times a week, those pounds should start flying off. Maybe. Please, let them start flying off.
