Well, there have been many people looking for advice on online boyfriends who have ended up at my blog. If it’s any of you who are reading, I hope something you’ve found has been helpful. If not, stay tuned — I dislike calling Christian my “online boyfriend,” but I don’t mind telling more about how God started our relationship. Because it wasn’t the Internet that brought us together. It was the Lord.

Not much to say today, except to reiterate that Pilgrim’s Progress is a really good book, and you should download it for free at www.christianaudio.com. It’s one of the best-selling books of all time, and I’m starting to see references to it everywhere. For example, this morning from Charles Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening:

In looking back, it would be wrong to deny that we have been in the Slough of Despond and have crept along the Valley of Humiliation, but it would be equally wicked to forget that we have been through them safely and profitably; we have not remained in them thanks to our Almighty Helper and Leader, who has “brought us out to a place of abundance.”
