Today, while talking about restaurant menus, Jess and I had a fabulous idea.
We’re going to start our own freelance business where we offer to fix restaurant menus for a minimal price. Our first victim was the place where I ate on Saturday while I was in Charleston, Hyman’s.
We have written two letters to them, one that we’ll actually send and one that Jess and I co-authored as a joke. Check them out here, and keep checking back for more egregious grammar errors.

That is a funny and interesting idea. I’ve had similar temptations myself. Did you know that the original Underground Grammarian was a Sewanee alumnus? Yet another Sewanee connection.
